  1. Soak rice for an hour and grind them with little milk coarsely
  2. Heat milk in a pot add these crushed rice and cook.

  4. Cook till milk is thicken to half
  5. Add sugar and cook
  6. When it's nearly cooked we'll add cardamon powder and kewra and khoya (milk solids)
  7. Cook for few mins and off the flame
  8. Cool the kheer
  9. Colour 1cup coconut with green food colour.I used liquid one. If you have powder one than add few drops of water.
  10. Now sprinkle green khopra on cold kheer and make star and moon with white coconut powder.
