  3. Grease frying pan with cooking oil,add & spread sugar evenly and cook on very low flame for 12-15 minutes or until caramelized. Stir continuously with rubber spatula or else the sugar will burn.
  4. Quickly transfer sugar into the hot milk. Add bread crumbs and dry milk also (add slowly and keep stirring avoid to make lumps). - Cook on slow flame stir continuously. - Be careful !!! - ❌ DO NOT BURN SUGAR OR OVERCOOKED CAN CAUSE A KHEER TO BE RUINED. - - ✅ COOK SUGAR ON LOW FLAME UNTIL IT CHANGE GOLDEN COLOUR THEN TRANSFER IT INTO MILK POT IMMEDIATELY.
  5. Add pistachio and almonds as required. Adjust sugar if needed. Cook until the consistency is  creamy, not too thick as it will turn more thicker when temp cools. - Switch off the flame. Add lil kewra water or essence. - Garnish with nuts. Chill and serve.
