  1. Firstly boil the Milk
  2. Other side wash 2 time rice add 1 teaspoon ghee & mix proper and keep aside.
  3. Milk start to boiling add rice and Cook in a medium low flame and stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook till the kheer is reduced to almost half and is creamy and thick.and 3 to 4rice pieces and try to mash If they mash the kheer is ready.
  5. Add sugar and keshar and cook 5 mint
  6. Cut into small piece of kaju badam and pista
  7. Garnish dry fruits and serve
