The ingredients needed to make Kheer:
  1. Prepare 2 litre Milk
  2. Get Rice half cup
  3. Get 1.5 cup Sugar
  4. Prepare 5-6 Cardamom
  5. Get Chopped almonds and pistachios
  6. Get 1 tbsp Kewra water

Instructions to make Kheer:
  1. Take a wok and put 2 litre milk and 5 to 6 cardamom in it and boil
  2. Then take half cup Rice wash them,dry them and grind them
  3. Then put rice in the milk and let it cook on slow flame till rice and milk get mixed
  4. Then add sugar and kewra water and cook for 5 mins
  5. Take out in a dish and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
