The ingredients needed to make Kheer:
  1. Get 1/4 cup Basmati rice(soaked for 1 hour)
  2. Get 1 litre Milk
  3. Get 1/2 cup sugar
  4. Take 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. Get 2 tsp almonds chopped
  6. Get 50 gms khoya
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Kewra water

Steps to make Kheer:
  1. Slightly grind rice in a spice milk
  2. In pot, add milk and bring it to boil, add grinded rice and cook for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring between
  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder, mix well and cook on low flame for 10-15 mins or until rice are cooked and keep stirring in between
  4. Add almonds and khoya, mix well
  5. In the end, add kewra water and give it a good mix.
  6. Kheer is ready to serve.
