  2. Then add chopped onions let it fry it light brown then immediately add ginger garlic paste sauté a little.
  3. Then add water almost 2 glasses or as required and all spices of Garam masala mentioned above then add salt & coriander leaves.
  4. Let the water come to boiling hot level then add the soaked rice with masoor dal keep it for one more boil then simmer flame & cover the lid for about 5 minutes then off the flame
  5. It’s ready to serve !!
  6. Tip of the day: Make sure the rice is not overcooked it won’t look nice so add water accordingly in rice. And as always I say never serve it right from the stove when it’s cooked especially rice always once cooked u just give it 10-15 minutes to settle down then when u serve it rice looks very nice non-sticky.
