Steps to make Pavbhaji Khichdi:
Wash and soak rice and dal. Soak for half an hour then add salt and cook them keep aside.
Boil carrot, beans and green peas. chop potatoes in small pieces. Heat oil in pan put jeera add potatoes cook for five mnts now add onion and ginger garlic paste. Cook add boiled carrot,beans, capcicum, green peas, chopped tomatoes and beetroot mix and cook them.
Add salt,red chilli powder, haldi powder and pav bhaji masala powder. Mix add cooked dal and rice add butter.mix add little water.put in a bowl put butter and serve. Serve with dahi and papad
