The ingredients needed to make Beef pilaf:
Prepare Oil as required
Take 1 chopped onion
Prepare 1 grated tomato
Take Red chilli (whole)
Take Salt
Make ready 1 tspn Garam masala
Prepare 1 tspn Pawpaw powder
Prepare Cloves
Prepare Black pepper seeds
Make ready Brown cardamon (whole)
Prepare Cumin
Get 1 Bay leaf
Prepare 1 tspn coriander (whole)
Prepare 1 tbspn garlic /ginger paste
Prepare 1 tspn green chilli paste
Get 2 stick Cinnamon
Get 1/2 kg boiled meat
Take 2 1/2 cups rice
Get 4 potatoes cut in halves
Steps to make Beef pilaf:
Put in oil in a sufuria and place in black pepper seeds, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves,Corriander, cumin and the chopped onions and let it cook till the onions turn gold/brown colour.
Then add in the grated tomato and put in there ingredients: garam masala, salt, ginger/garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli and paw paw powder and let it cook for about 5-6 min.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, place in the cut potatoes and the boiled meat as well as 3 1/2 cups of water.
When the water begins to boil, add in the rice and let it cook till the water dries.
After the water dries up, cover it and let it to cook for about 5-6 min in a slow heat.
Once the pilaf is cooked, it's ready to serve 😋
