In a cooker add oil and put whole garam masala fry till nice aroma comes.
Then add chopped onion and stir till golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilli paste cook for seconds
Now add coriander powder, turmeric salt garam masala stir well
Add corn and methi leaves, pudina and coriander leaves mix well
Then add soaked rice and lemon juice. Mix well
Now add hot water to the rice give a mix and cover with the lid
Take two whistle.
Your Methi Corn pilaf is ready to serve with raita.
