Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions to make Nargisi Kofta:
FOR MIXTURE: - Mix all the ingredients of mixture in jar and grind well. Take a large portion of mixture and flatten it on palm. Place the egg in centre and cover with mutton mixture. Fry them.
FOR GRAVY: - Take a pan, add oil, onions, tomato puree, salt and cook well. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add cumin powder. Add curd. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water. Again cook for 2 minutes. Add koftas.
Garnish with potatoes and serve hot!
