The ingredients needed to make Kele ka kofta:
  1. Get 2 banana
  2. Get 1 medium sized onion
  3. Prepare 1 medium sized tomato
  4. Prepare 1 whole garlic
  5. Take 1 inch ginger
  6. Get 4-5 ps cashews and almonds
  7. Take 1 green cardamom, two cloves, one inch cinnamon stick
  8. Make ready 1 table spoon cumin seeds and black pepper
  9. Get Corn starch or maida for rolling
  10. Prepare Green chillies
  11. Take Red chilli
  12. Prepare Turmeric powder
  13. Make ready Kasuri methi
  14. Get to taste Salt

Boil the bananas and peel off their cover. Kele Ke Kofte are yummy friend banana balls that are generally made during Navratri. Add all the ingredients for Kofta to the mashed bananas. Make balls out of the mixture and deep fry them.

Instructions to make Kele ka kofta:
  1. Boil the banana and mash it nicely. Add green chillies and few garlic paste, salt. Mix it well and make a ball. Roll the ball in corn starch powder.
  2. Take frying pan add little oil. Add garam masala, cumin seeds and black pepper, ginger and garlic, few red chillies and saute it lightly. Add chopped onion and tomatoes. Fry it till onion and tomatoes becomes soft.
  3. Now remove from heat and leave it to cool, then grind it in mixer and make a fine paste. Mean while fry the ball till to brown.
  4. When all the balls fried then take a pan and add oil. Heat the oil then put teaspoon cumin seeds, half teaspoon turmeric powder, teaspoon Kashmiri lal chilli powder and kasuri methi. After few minutes pour the fine paste which we grinded. And let it to cook in medium flame. When masala is cooked then keep the balls in a bowl and pour the gravy over it and garnish with coriander leaves.

Boil and peel raw bananas and mash them. Add the koftas; simmer for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with rogan and chopped coriander.
