Take 200 gm Basmati rice
Get as per requirement Water
Make ready 100 gm Chingri fish

Instructions to make Chingri Pulao:
Take oil in a karai and add garlic ginger paste and cook it. Add salt and termaric, chingri, green chili paste and cook it again
After cooking the chingri properly add 3 table spoon of curd and then cook it properly. Then add coconut milk. Cooked properly and kept aside.
In one small bowl, soak basmati rice for 1/ 2 hrs and then drain the water and kept it aside.
Take another karai, add some oil, add bayleaf and whole garam masala. Add soaked rice. Add tarmeric, salt, and chingri fish curry. Cook it properly
Add 1/2 cup milk and water as per requirement. Cooked it properly by covering a lid for 20 minutes in a medium- low flame. After properly cooking add some ghee and stir it well. Keep it by covering a lid.
