Instructions to make Egg pulao:
  1. Take a pan,add 01 tsp ghee and fry cashews till golden brown in colour.keep it aside.
  2. In same pan add 01 tbsp oil.
  3. Add hing, 1/2 tsp cumin, 02 bayleaf,01 black cardamom
  4. Add 02 cinnamon sticks,3-4 cloves,02 dry red chillies and white / black pepper balls.
  5. Fry all whole spices for 1-2min.
  6. Add crushed garlic and green chillies and saute for few seconds
  7. Add sliced onions and saute till light pink colour or for approx 2-3 min
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till they are soft
  9. Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste
  10. Add chopped vegetables of your choice.I used cauliflower and carrots only(6-7 florets of cauliflower & 02 carrots).Mix it well.
  11. Add 02 tbsp biryani masala and mix it well again.
  12. Add 02 glass water and soaked rice. Stir it.
  13. Cover it on low flame for 25-30 min.
  14. Open and check if rice is cooked well. It should not be overcooked otherwise rice will become mussy.
  15. Add coriander leaves, fried cashews
  16. With the help of spoon make space and put boiled eggs and hide it into rice.
  17. Cover it for another 2-3 min on low flame.
  18. Open and serve it hot.
  19. Serve HOT EGG PULAO with some RAITA,ONION & LEMON SLICE.
