  1. In a saucepan heat milk. When milk is boiled add milk- custard powder paste in it and boil again.
  2. When milk is reduced add sugar and coconut powder. Simmer it about 5 minutes.
  3. Now gradually add milk powder and stir it constantly. Mix well. Mixture should be lumps free. Boil it again for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas. Keep aside for cool down completely.
  4. In a mixture jar add prepared mixture and mango pulp. Grind it in a smooth paste. Transfer it in a air tight container or kulfi molds and put it in freezer fot 7-8 hours.
  5. Delicious mango icecream is ready to serve. Enjoy chilled.

Unlike most ice cream, kulfi is not whipped and is made with only pure cooked milk, sugar, and natural flavors. Mango kulfi is an Indian frozen dense dessert made from milk and mango puree.
