  7. Take 5-6 Kesar leaves
  8. Prepare 2 Tbsp Milk Powder(optional)

  1. Cook the milk in a heavy base pan or in an iron walk till it reduces to less than half. It will take 12-15 min. Then add malai, sugar, milk powder, cardamon powder, some dry fruits, Kesar leaves & cook for another 5 mins.
  2. Slow the flame. Take 1/2 cup ready hot milk & add wheat flour into the cup. Now mix properly so that no lumps can form.
  3. Add this mixture to the cooking liquid. After 1 min liquid will become thick. Turn off the gas & wait for the mixture cool down.
  4. Take the mixture in a grinder and grind it for 1-2 min. Now pour the mixture in Kulfi molds or any airtight container, cover it with foil paper & freeze for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours again grind the mixture and pour to the container, do topping with some chopped dry fruits, cover with foil paper and freeze it for 6-7 hours.
  6. Note- Milkmaid can be used instead of malai & milk powder.
