  3. Soak saffron strings in a spoonful of milk and dilute. Then add to milk and mix well. Keep it aside for half an hour. (To give rest for half an hour is to give a nice flavor of saffron in it.)
  4. Pour into kulfi moulds and cover with lid. Set into freezer for 7-9 hrs. Then remove from freezer and hold under running water for 5-7sec. Then unmold and serve..
