  5. Butter the toast add it to a serving plate.then add the bacon grill first. Then the hallumi.
  6. Add the grilled tomatoes next then the poached egg on top.
  7. Serve hot.

Baked halloumi stays more moist, which works really well in some recipes. I always used to fry or grill it to get it super.
