  4. Fry your onions in a skillet in1 tbsp of oil and when they turn pink add garlic ginger paste. Stir and be carefull not for the paste to turn brown. By now your house will be so fragrant.
  5. Remove your liver from the marinade by scooping out using a serving spoon. Let some marinade remain in the serving spoon as you scoop and add to the skillet. Do not pour the leftover marinade away.
  6. Give the liver a stir and cover your skillet. Let your liver cook under medium to low heat for around 10 minutes.
  7. When the liver starts sticking on the skillet add your grated tomatoes,salt and green pepper and let cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add half of the leftover marinade to the liver and the chopped coriander but leave some for garnishing. Cover the skilet and let simmer. Control the thickness of your liver; so keep checking.
