Take 1.5-2 cups milk
Prepare 1.5 tbsp whole wheat flour

Make ready Some sauteed veggies (capsicum, carrot) optional

To make Spinach and corn filling - Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan ayn add blanched spinach. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Now add boiled sweetcorns and salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
Now to make Ravioli, take a small portion of dough and flatten it with a rolling pin. Make it thin like a momo sheet. Make 2 sheets.
Not on one sheet, add a spoonful of filling and place another sheet on top of it. Cut in a square and seal the sides with the help of fork. Make all Raviolis like this.
Now heat the steamer for about 10 minutes, brush a steamer plate and keep the raviolis. Steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.
To make sauce, heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Now add wheat flour and mix. Do not over cook the flour. Now add milk in parts and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Add salt, pepper and seasoning and veggies and let it cook till it thickens.
Now take out the steamed raviolis and pour the hot sauce over it.
Garnish with some oregano and serve hot.
