Ab ran par is masaly ko achii tarh lagay cutts mein deeply kar ke lagay or hatho sy khoob achi tarh malay sara masala achi trah sy lag jay to ran ko 1ghnty ke lie fridge mein rakh day ab is ko again masala maalay jo pani ye chory gi wo e pani achi trah sy lape kar dy
Ab is ko 1din ke lie marinate kry 7-8 hours b enough ha but aik din rakhny sy zayada kahsta or maxy ki bany gi
Ab aik bara pateela ly jis mein raan fit a jay half oil add kry or ran ko is mein rakh dy or flame on kar dy ye apna pani chorna shuru kar day to is mein dahi dal ke 1hour take medium heat par pkay
