  10. Take one edge of each quarter and bring it to the center. Seal it with some flour and water paste. Fold in the other edge to create a cone. Put in your fillings and flip the lower parts upwards. Ensure all the spaces are sealed. Do so with the remaining dough
  11. Deep fry your samosas in hot oil.
  12. Serve and enjoy with a cup of tea
