  7. Heat a skillet pan on high and place the naan on.let cook for 30 secs on 1st side till you see bubbles, then flip on 2nd side and cook for another 30 secs.flip again to cook on the 1st side for 30 secs then flip last time and cook for 30 secs
  8. As soon as you take the naan off the pan, wrap it in a clean kitcen towel to keep it moist
  9. Serve with your favourite curry
