  5. Oven ko 180 degree per 1/2 an hour ke liay preheat kar lein
  6. Mixture ke pairey bana kar chupta karein and bao8ng tray pe set karein ooper se anday ki zardi brush karein and bake karein
  7. Mazedar naan khatai tyyar hain

In Afghanistan and Northeast Iran, these biscuits are called Kulcha-e-Khataye. Kulcha is a type of Indian bread similar to Naan. They are super simple to make and so delicious that they will just melt in your mouth. firstly, in a large bowl take ½ cup ghee. make sure to take thick ghee. add ¾ cup powdered sugar and beat on low speed. you can use a whisk to beat the ghee and sugar. beat until the mixture turns creamy and whitish.
