Get 200 gm paneer
Take 1 Green capsicum
Make ready 1 red capsicum
Take 1 onion
Prepare 2 tomatoes

Take 1 packet magic masala
Get To taste salt
Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Get 2 tb sp tomato ketchup
Take 1 tb sp soy sauce
Prepare 1 tb sp chilli sauce
Get 1 tb sp vinegar
Take 2 tb sp cooking oil
Get 2 tb sp water
Get To make slury:
Prepare 1 tb sp corn flour
Prepare 1 tb sp all purpose flour
Make ready 1 tb sp water
Steps to make Chilli Paneer with red capsicum:
Wash peel and chop onion, capsicum and one tomato. Grate one tomato and make puree. Peel and grate ginger and garlic. Chop green chilli.
Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger, green chilli and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and mix well. Add tomato puree and mix and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add capsicums (red and green) and mix and saute for 4-5 minutes. Mix corn flour, all purpose flour and salt and water and make slury. Add all three sauce in slury with vinegar and add this sauces rich slury in karahi and cook on low flame for 1 minute.
Saute on low flame till it turn thick Add paneer cubes and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle Maggi magic masala and orgeno and mix well. Mix tomato ketchup.
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
