The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Halwa:
  1. Take 1/3 cup rawa/semolina (nearly 50 gms)
  2. Make ready 100 ml Milk
  3. Take As needed Cocoa powder
  4. Get 3 tbsp Sugar
  5. Take As needed Chocolate syrup
  6. Take 1 pinch salt
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp Ghee
  8. Make ready As needed Dry fruits of ur choice
Steps to make Chocolate Halwa:
  1. Heat milk in a pot & take 2 tbsp from it in a cup. Now add cocoa powder to it. You can also add half tsp of coffee powder, but it's optional. Now add 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup into it, add the mixture to remaining milk & keep stirring. Now add sugar into it and give it a mix. See to it dat there are no lumps. Now off the flame and keep the mixture aside.
  2. Now take a pan. Add 2 tbsp of ghee, adding the dry fruits. Now add the rawa and fry thm in a low flame till the rawa turns slightly golden in colour.
  3. Now add the mixture of milk into it, keeping the flame low. Keep stirring. Now cover it fr 2 to 3 mins, now add a tbsp of ghee and give it a mix & garnish it with some choco chips.😋
