Instructions to make Paneer Butter Masala:
  1. Heat2 tbsp the butter in a pan add the Pa need and saute till it turns to golden brown the flame and kip aside.
  2. Heat the remaining butter in the pen,add the onion paste and ginger-garlic paste
  3. Mix well and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame.add the chilli powder, garam masala.
  4. Sugar,salt and tomato puree,mix well.
  5. Add the paneer and 50 ml water mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cream and simmer further for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
