  2. Make ready 3/4 cup rice

  1. Cook rice in 1 1/2 kg milk at low flame for 1 hour then switch off the flame when it completely cool down then grind this mixture only for 1 second.
  2. Then again cook on a low flame add sugar and condensed milk cook till it thickens
  3. When kheer comes to thickens add khoya and chopped nuts in it close flame immediately. Khoya should not over cooked
  4. After 5 mins serve all kheer in dish.
  5. When it comes to cool garnish it with kajoo katli.
