  1. Take 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. Get 1/2 cup semolina
  3. Prepare 12 cup grated coconut
  4. Make ready 1 spoon fennel seeds
  5. Get 1 cup water
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 cup sugar
  7. Take 1/2 litre milk
  8. Take 1 bowl powder milk
Instructions to make Kheer Malpuwa:
  1. Mix all-purpose flour, semolina, coconut, fennel seeds and half cup milk. Make a smooth batter. If milk required then add more. Then let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the kheer. In a pan add half ltr milk, powder milk and sugar as per taste. Keep stirring it continuously and make it semi thick.
  3. Now prepare the sugar syrup. In a pan add one cup water and one and half cup water. Keep it stirring. Check with fingers, if it is sticky then syrup is ready.
  4. Now in a pan put oil and put the flour batter one spoon each time in a medium flame. Flour batter will look like a pancake. Cooked it until it form a golden colour.
  5. Once it cooked put the malpuwa into sugar syrup. Then serve hot with kheer.
