  2. Take 1 kg Full cream milk -

Instructions to make Kheer:
  1. Start by soaking rice in water,wash them with water and soak for 1/2 hour.
  2. After milk starts boiling, add soaked rice into it.
  3. Stir milk with a spoon and after kheer simmers, reduce the flame. Kheer prepared on low flame tastes more scrumptious and keep stirring kheer after every 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. When rice softens, add cashews, raisins and louts seeds.  - It takes 1 hour for making kheer.
  5. Now kheer has got thick in consistency. Add sugar in kheer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  6. Kheer is ready, turn off the flame and add cardamom powder into it.
  7. Keep it in refrigerator to serve chilled. Chilled kheer taste more delicious.
  8. And garnish with ground lotus seeds pistachios and cashews.
