  4. Now take a same pan add some butter and add the pureed gravy in to it.Bring it to boil.Now add garam masala,kasuri methi,fresh cream and coriander leaves and mix everything well.And gravy is ready.
  5. Now for koftas take a bowl add boiled potatoes,grated paneer,coriander leaves, salt and mash it well.
  6. Now add corn flour and mix it well.Now make small balls from it and give a round shape.Now heat the oil for deep frying. Now fry all the balls till golden colour on medium flame.
  7. Now assemble both koftas and gravy.Add hot gravy on the koftas and served with Chapati.Our Malai Kofta is ready to serve.
