Take Sab ko pees lein bohat powder nahi eesna thora dardara rakhna hai

Boil beef with 2.5 liter water 1tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sookha dhania, 3,4 hari mirchen and 4,5 garlic cloves gosht alag kar lein yakhni alag nikal kar rakh lein.
Aik alag pateeli mein 1 cup ghee garam kar ke onion fry karen golden brown ho jaye to boil channay dal kar bhoonein meva dal kar pakayen 2 minutes.
Phir yakhni dal dein pulao masala aur salt add karen aur boil honay dein phir soak kiye hoay rice dal kar pakayen.
Jab pani dry ho jaye to oper 1tsp pulao masala chirak dein fry kia hoa meat rakhen aur dum pay rakh dein 30 minutes.
