  2. Add 2 tbsp gram flour,4 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt. Mix it properly. Make small balls, flatten it a little with hand. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is hot. Fry the koftas. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  4. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli. Keep aside.
  5. In the same pan. Add little oil. Fry onion. When it turns into golden brown. Add a little turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and then tomato puree. Cook for a few minutes. Mix ground cashew, poppy with 1/2 cup fresh cream to this. Pour enough water and cook until thick. Once it is done.
  6. Arrange the koftas in the serving dish. Pour the hot gravy on top of the koftas. Ready to serve with hot chapatis or garlic nan
