Instructions to make Tricolour Pulao:
Take a pan add water then add rice and add little salt in it.
For red colour:- make a puree of tomato, 1/2tbsp kashmiri lal mirch powder, take a pan add oil, garlic, onion,chopped tomatoes(without seeds), saute it then add 1/2cup rice and mix it properly.
For white colour:- take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds, bay leaf, onion, cabbage and cashews saute it then again add 1/2cup of rice and mix it properly.
For green colour:- Take a pan add oil, add the paste of green chilli and coriander leaves, boiled potatoes, capsicum, cabbage, corn, garam masala and saute it properly.
Take a big vessel and decorate the three colour pulav and mix it properly.
