Take 400 gms Mushrooms
Prepare 1 cup chopped Methi leaves

Instructions to make Methi Mushrooms:
Add Jeera to the oil and add sliced onions.
Add Ginger Julienne and finely chopped garlic.
Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
I keep chopped methi leaves in freezer.
Saute onions, ginger and garlic till golden brown in colour. Add methi leaves and saute well.
Mix well and saute for 2 -3 minutes.
Add all the dry masalas like haldi, red chilli, dhaniya, garam masala and mix well.
Add curds and mix well on high flame.
Add mushrooms mix well. Add salt once mushroom leaves it's water. Mix well and boil.
Add milk and mix on high flame.
Serve hot with phulka/ paratha. Tandoori roti, any of your choice.
