  8. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling
  9. Then heat the oil in a frying pan in medium heat. use a deep saucepan.
  10. Then put the samosa in the pan and fry them. when one side has turned golden brown turn and fry both side.
  11. Drain using paper towels and serve.
