  16. Take 2 Spoon Chopped Ginger
  17. Get 1 Spoon Garam Masala
  18. Prepare 1 Spoon Chopped fresh Green Chillies

  20. Take 500 gm All-purpose flour
  21. Make ready 1/2 Spoon Salt
  22. Take As needed Oil for Cooking and for Mixing Dough

Then add a pinch Astefotida, 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds,1 Spoon Mustard Seeds,1 Spoon Crushed Coriander Seeds,1 Spoon fennel Seeds Chopped Ginger, Chopped Green Chillies heat for 2 min then add all Masala 1 Spoon Red Chilli Powder,1 Spoon Dry Mango Powder 1 Spoon,1 Spoon Cumin Powder,1 Spoon Coriander Powder,1 Spoon Garam Masala Powder Salt as per taste mix well Lastly add Green Peas and Crushed Roasted Peanut mix well and cook for 5 min
  3. Lastly add mashed boiled Potatoes mix well and cook for 5 min.your Masala filling is Ready
  4. Dough: Take a Container add All-purpose flour or Maida half kg ghee or oil for soften the flour 1 Cup,add 1 Spoon Carom Seeds,1 Spoon Kalaunji,Salt to taste add water as per required knead it and make a Soft Dough and keep aside.
  5. Now take a small pieces of Dough,Roll it in a puri shape cut into half then take a half piece fill the masala and paste with the help of water and make samosa of all dough.
  6. On medium to low flame fry all the Samosas to the golden colour and make it Crispy.
  7. After making all the Samosas Serve it hot to the Plater with any Chutney or Sauce.your Delicious SAMOSA is Ready to Enjoy πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

You can either make For this samosa chaat recipe, I used my favorite chole recipe. It's literally the best chole and one of my most. Deep fry the samosas on low to medium heat until light brown.
