  5. Keep stirring with a wooden stick to ensure even cooking as well as no-burning but do this in intervals. Say after 5mins you stir,after another 5,you stir.
  6. Season your sauce with salt and black pepper (if you like pepper or have no children) Stir and simmer for another 5mins.
  7. Your sauce is ready and allow it to cool before applying on your pizza base. (I chill mine overnight to allow those flavors to marry some more).
