5-6 mint bad is ko kholen or is mein maida dal ke achy se mix karen or thora thora pani dal ke gunden,
Phir jab ye is condition mein a jaey to is mein ghee dalen or dobara gunden,
Phir is ke ak dough banae or dhak ke 1 hr rise hone ke liey rakh dein, jab take ye rise ho tab take is ki filling bana lein,
To Achari Chicken Filling banane ke liy sb se pehly lehsan ko grate kar lein, (mery pass bary size ke lehsan ke jave the is liy mein ne 4 liey hein ager ap ke pass choty hn to ap 5-6 lejiey ga)
Phir ak karhai mein cooking oil ko garam karen, then is mein grate kia hua lehsan dalen or 1-2 mint take fry karen,
1-2 mint take fry karne ke baad is mein tamater dalen, or mazeed 3-4 mint tamater ke galne take pakaen,
Jab tamater gal jaey to is mein namak, zeera,
Kutti Hue lal mirch, kalongi, Kutta hua Dhaniya,
Chili Sauce, Soya Sauce, or sirka dalen,
Phir is ko 2-3 mint take pakaen, then is mein boiled spread chicken dalen,
Sath he boiled mashed Potatoes dal ke mix karen, or 1-2 mint take pakaen,
Phir is mein saunf dalen or mix karen (mein ne is mein last mein saunf dali hy q ke mujhy thori kachi saunf ka zaiqa acha lagta hy ager ap ko nh pasand to ap is ko b pehly dal sakty hn) Mix karne ke bad hamari filling taiyar hy,
Ab Dough ko ak bar dobara knead karen ta ke is ke sare bubbles nikal jaen phir is ke paire banaen,
Paire banane ke baad is ko hath ki madad se bara karen,
Phir is ke center mein Achari Chicken ki filling rakhen,
Phir is ko side se center mein laen or achy se band karen,
Then thore se maide se dusting karen or is ko bail lein, phir fork se is pe nishan lagaen jesy nan pe hoty hn,
Phir is ko utha ke tawe ya pan mein rakh dein(Is ko rest nh dena direct paka lena hy) or bilkul slow flame pe pakaen, Ak side se takreeban 6-7 mint take pakaen phir palat ke dusri side ko b 6-7 mint take slow flame pe pakaen,
Jab ye dono side se pak jaey to is pe ghee apply karen,
Phir is ko plate mein nikal lein,
Mazeedar Achari Chicken Naan Taiyar hy.
