  3. Dough making :- - Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients. Knead until the dough is no longer sticky about 10-15 minutes. It will come together as smooth. Use water accordingly. - - Resting :- - Lightly oil the bowl and then cover and let it rises in a warm place until doubled in size (about 45 mins to 1 hour)
  4. Shaping :- - Lightly dust your working surface and your hands with flour. Place the dough on it and punch it down and knead it a few times and roll it long and divide into equal pieces of dough. Keep them covered. Roll the dough out into oval shape, keeping the edges slightly thick. Put some chopped garlic, chopped cilantro and some onion seeds on the rolled dough. Now roll it lightly over this so that they all stick to the dough.
  5. Cooking on stove-top :- - Preheat your non-stick pan or cast-iron skillet (if you have one). Place the naan on the skillet and let it cook until the naan start to puff up and you see light brown spots (my favorite parts) about 1-2 minutes. Brush with some butter and flip to the other sides and cook for another 1 minute or less. Remove from the heat and brush with more melted butter and garlic combo if you wish. Continue with the rest of the dough. Serve warm. Enjoy.

Wrap cooked garlic naan bread in a clean kitchen towel and keep them wrapped while cooking remaining breads. Optional: brush your warm cooked naan with a little melted garlic butter; top with coarse salt and fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with Tikka Masala or Butter Chicken, or use them to make wraps.
