  3. Slit open the Naans and add the mutton stuffing into it. Spread well. Heat a non-stick pan, smear some ghee/ oil on it and place the Naans on the pan. Roast slightly from both sides. Enjoy!

Place a handful of iceberg lettuce on the center of each naan. Divide the meat over the lettuce, top each with a couple tablespoons of raita, and divide the red onion over the raita.
