  1. Get 500 gm Mutton kheema
  2. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Get 1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
  4. Take 3-4 green chillies
  5. Prepare 1 medium finely choppe onion
  6. Prepare 1 bunch coriander leaves
  7. Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Prepare To taste Salt
  10. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  12. Prepare 2 cup maida
  13. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  14. Prepare 1 tsp active yeast
  15. Get 1 tsp salt
  16. Take 1/2 tsp baking powder
  17. Prepare 1/4 cup milk
  18. Prepare 3/4 cup water
  19. Prepare 1 egg
  20. Get 1 tsp Sesame seeds for garnishing

Keema Naan wins MAJOR points because is a complete meal in itself. However it is totally elevated when served alongside a green chutney and zesty onion salad. If you're feeling fancy, serve it with some fat potato chips and an ice cold Coke and call it a day! Steps to make Kheema naan:
  1. Take mutton mince add ginger garlic paste, fresh garlic,cumin powder,coriander powder,coriander leaves,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,salt, finely chopped onion mix well..keep aside..
  2. Take maida,add salt,baking powder,active yeast,sugar mix well..add egg mix it..now in a cup add milk and water..Knead this dough while droppin this milk into dough..make a soft dough..cover it and keep aside for 2 hours..
  3. Aftr 2 hours, dust some maida on surface,drop the dough and knead well..cut into proper portion..
  4. Now take 1 portion of dough, fill it with kheema and roll into chapati..
  5. Take a baking tray..cover it with aluminium foil..grease the foil with very little oil..add this naan to it..brush up with milk..add sesame seeds and gently press as shown in picture..preheat oven on 180 degree..and bake till 25 to 30 mins..once done..brush with some butter cut into pieces serve hot..

It's a special Lahori Keema Naan. If you belong to Pakistan and India especially from Punjab then you must be familiar with scrumptious. This lamb meat mixture or keema is then stuffed in a dough made of wheat and refined flour and then rolled into a naan. This keema naan is further cooked from both sides on non-stick pan and then a thick layer of butter is applied on the top side of the naan. This naan variety is called Keema Naan and is very famous across the country.
