  2. Make ready 1 cup milk

  1. Grate the Beetroot using a grater and keep aside
  2. In a pan, add some ghee once the ghee is heated add cashew, raisins. Fry them and keep aside.
  3. Then add the Beetroot in the same pan and sauté them till it’s cooked, once cooked add milk to cook further.
  4. Then add sugar to the cooked beetroot after the milk is absorbed.It will turn watery but no worries. At this stage add a pinch of salt.
  5. The Beetroot in the pan starts to thicken and the ghee comes out. At this stage add the fried cashews, raisins and elaichi powder.
  6. Switch of the pan.. serve hot or chill.
