  3. Once milk thickens add Cashew,elaichi and pista powder to it and let it boil again mixing all the malai to it from all over the pan.
  4. Once dry fruits mixed properly add sugar and mango pulp to it and stir continuously as now it will start sticking the pan.
  5. When the mixture start sticking to pan,add ghee to it. It will immediately release the ghee and will start leaving the pan
  6. NOTE- ONCE SUGAR AND MANGO PULP IS ADDED STIR CONTINOUSLY. MILK POWDER IS ALSO ADDED BT I HAVE NOT USED ANY SUCH THINGS AS I REQUIRE PURE HALWA OUT OF IT. U CAN Grease HAND AND CAN MAKE PEDAS OUT OF IT.CAN BE SERVED AS A PRASAD ALSO.AS THE MILK WILL BE BOILING MIX THE MALAI WITJ THE MILK ITSELF AS IT GIVES A CREAMY TEXTURE.
