Firstly chopped all the vegetables and paneer very neatly and fill them in a separate bowl.
Then took nonstick dosa tavi and place it on the flame.pour 1 or 2 teaspoon oil and grease it then put 1 chamcha better on it and turn it round and round to form dosa.
Put 1 tsp red chilli sauce and 2 tsp tomato sauce on it…take all the vegetables 1 tbsp and put there..add1 tsp sechzwan sauce…also add some paneer pieces…sprinkle Oregano and red chili flakes on it….mix it well on dosa..amazing aroma will form…during these gas flame is medium….pour some oil around dosa.
Keep these on flame for 3 to 4 minutes till dosa becomes crispy. Then roll it. Sprinkle some cheese on it..if you want
Then cut the dosa into pieces and serve it hot with above 2 deep which I mentioned in ingredients box.
